These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Google Play Android version of VidEraser. By using the App or tapping Agree, you enter into these Terms and agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We provide AI-assisted video and photo erasure, processing history, membership, and pay-per-use features as shown in the App. Features, quotas, and availability may change. A paid subscription is not required to install the App; some features or higher quotas may require a purchase, as displayed in the App.
On this build, sign-in is primarily via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and Google account secure. You may delete your account in the App (typically Me / Profile → Delete account).
Paid features on Android are sold through Google Play Billing. Prices are shown in the App and on Google Play’s purchase confirmation. Auto-renewing subscriptions are governed by our Membership & Auto-Renewal Terms and by Google Play’s policies. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies and applicable consumer law.
You must not misuse the service (including attempts to bypass quotas, attack our systems, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users). We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
AI outputs vary with input quality and settings; we do not guarantee that results will meet your subjective expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for interruptions caused by networks, devices, third-party platforms, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the App. If you continue using the App after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms, except where local law requires a different process.
Subject to mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should first be addressed amicably; if unresolved, they may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and dispute-resolution rights in your country of residence still apply and prevail where they conflict with this clause.
